small room cramped space
the staff was helpful which i found acceptable.
The room size was a major issue. It was supposed to be a superior room. instead it felt cramped and smaller than a standard room. i asked for a change, but the replacement was somehow even tinier. The whole situation was quite frustrating.

Charming Boutique Hotel Experience
cozy decor amazing steam room fabulous location safe feeling
The hotel's decor is cozy and tasteful. The steam room was amazing after a long day. The location is fabulous. It's not overly touristy, but you can walk everywhere, and the metro is super close. As a solo female traveler, i felt safe, a thing i valued. I would definitely stay again.
The minibar had a small issue with a previous guest's leftover drink (it was quickly addressed, though).

The hotel offers non-alcoholic drinks complimentary during the day. They also have an honesty bar with alcoholic beverages. The breakfast had a good variety and quantity (especially the fresh pastries!).

The staff is nice and cute. The front-desk staff gave helpful dining recommendations. They were also very accommodating with requests and always available to assist with directions or information.

The room had high-quality linens and L'Occitane toiletries. Blackout shades made for a restful night's sleep. The room was cleaned thoroughly, with towels replaced daily, i noticed. The building had beautiful interiors as well.

weak steam room limited breakfast options
I found the steam room somewhat disappointing. It really lacked intensity. the breakfast, though available, presented limited options for someone avoiding gluten. it seemed the focus was more on traditional french pastries than catering to dietary restrictions. the elevator broke down once, i had to carry my luggage down five flights of stairs. the staff wasn't particularly helpful during this time.

Excellent stay. Great location
kind staff clean room working air conditioner
I found the staff very kind. They were cute and helpful. The rooms were very clean. The air conditioner worked well. I loved the shower. I also appreciated that the metro was steps away. Many things to do were still easily walkable.
Rooms felt a little small. I was changed to a superior room and it was smaller than the standard room
